Directions

  • Road from M5 junction 26 (10.0 miles)
    turn right at the first roundabout, left at the 2nd onto the A38 towards Tiverton until the Poacher’s Pocket pub on your left. Take the next left, which is the B3391 to Culmstock down into the village, past the pub and over the bridge. Pass the village shop on the right and the road starts to rise up. After the stone wall on your left (approx 100 yards) turn left signed to Blackborough.At the brow of the hill take the next left and Bowhayes is the 2nd property on the right.
  • Road from M5 junction 27 (5.0 miles)
    take A38 towards Wellington. Continue until you cross over the M5 again and take the first right onto the B3391 signed to Culmstock, down into the village, past the pub and over the bridge. Pass the village shop on the right and the road starts to rise up.After the stone wall on your left (approx 100 yards) turn left signed to Blackborough. At the brow of the hill take the 1st left and Bowhayes is the 2nd property on the right
  • Road from A303 (10.0 miles)
    After the Eagle Tavern take 1st right to Bishopswood and continue straight over all crossings until Hemyock. Continue straight through Hemyock to Culmstock, passing Culmstock church on your right. At the crossroads turn left then take 1st left and then 1st left at the brow of the hill. Bowhayes is the 2nd property on the right hand side.
  • Road from Honiton (10.0 miles)
    From Honiton drive to Dunkeswell and go straight through the village and past the airport. After about a mile you will see a white signpost with Gypsy written on the post. Turn left to Culmstock here and continue down this long straight road and down the hill until you come to a crossroads (Hackpen Cross) Turn right here and then take the first right (Park Cross) and Bowhayes Farm is the second property on the right hand side.
